Caroline Pham, the acting chair of the CFTC, will resign after the new chairman takes office.

On May 16, FOX Business reporter Eleanor Terrett reported that Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) acting chair Caroline Pham will step down later this year to return to the private sector. Pham confirmed at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) annual meeting held in Amsterdam on Thursday that she will officially resign once Brian Quintenz is confirmed as CFTC chair.
